  • Local Delivery (Ottawa, Ontario)

Local delivery is available at checkout for eligible postal codes.

We strive to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible while ensuring safe and reliable delivery.

4. Processing and Fulfillment

All products are manufactured and fulfilled in Canada.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped or scheduled for local delivery.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Canada: 3–5 business days

  • International: 10–15 business days

  • Local Delivery (Ottawa): 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing. If your order is delayed, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe:

  3. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, either by replacing the item or offering a suitable alternative.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Norcan Games is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We cannot alter customs values or mark items as gifts.
