If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at norcangames@gmail.com.
Requests will be handled in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy (available on our website).
Refunds or replacements are provided only when the issue is verified and within reasonable timeframes as required under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
